The specificity is a drag.
Why does it have to be that certain make? A piano is a piano is a piano. (Okay, call me a musical Philistine.) Yes, it makes a difference daw with the brilliance of the sound, but what if it will not fit in your venue? Or if you have no loading elevator and have to haul the darn grand piano up a steep staircase? Or if your budget cannot accommodate? Or if the suppliers do not have that make for rent? Or someone who would even want to rent it out?
